We consider this the number one priority within all learning environments. We begin all courses with safety and culture as the driving force for offering a safe container for all.

Each course offers the opportunity for personal learning and shared perspectives learning. Since safety comes first, the personal learning can be kept private, and the shared perspectives learning is an opportunity to expand upon new and scaled material with others.

Promotes Personal Agency

We encourage personal agency and empowerment through our methodology, and the culture we create at the beginning of each course. Personal agency can sometimes be thwarted by lack of self-esteem, and the foundational course: Essence-tial You aims to help you resolve this.

Within each course, all of the material has been carefully curated to provide you with different ways of learning. Each module within each course was designed to stretch the way we understand particular concepts as they relate to our own lives.
